This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all hosting, VPS, dedicated server, domain, and related services provided by AS Technologies Limited. Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination without refund.

Prohibited Content & Activity

• Malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Phishing, spam, or unsolicited bulk email sent from or referencing our infrastructure.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Illegal content of any kind, including material that exploits or endangers minors.
• Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or other activity that disrupts other users or networks.
• Cryptocurrency mining or other activity that abuses shared resources without an appropriate plan.

Resource Usage

Shared and reseller plans are intended for typical website workloads. Accounts that consistently consume disproportionate CPU, memory, or bandwidth relative to their plan may be asked to upgrade or may be throttled to protect other customers on the same infrastructure.

Security

Customers are responsible for keeping applications, plugins, and credentials on their hosting account up to date and secure. We reserve the right to suspend a compromised account to protect our network until it is remediated.

To report suspected abuse of our services, please contact us with as much detail as possible, including URLs, IP addresses, and timestamps.
