Refund Policy

1. Hosting Services

Shared, VPS, dedicated, and reseller hosting plans are eligible for a refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase, provided the service has not been subject to abuse or excessive resource use. Renewal payments are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has started.

2. Domain Registrations

Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the relevant registry, in line with standard industry practice.

3. Custom & Development Work

Website development, custom software, and design services are billed per project milestone. Amounts paid for completed milestones are non-refundable; work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion.

4. SMM & Add-on Services

Social media marketing (SMM) panel orders are non-refundable once processing has started, as these are delivered through third-party providers.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit a support ticket under the "Billing" department with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied where an account has violated our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
